This privacy policy will regulate all relations between GalvanoTechnik S.p.A. with VAT number 01712110988 whose registered office is in Via Valtrompia, 29 25063 Gardone V.T. (BS), and the requesting Customer, during the registration and contact process. The data processors within the Group may change from time to time depending on developments in the Group’s business.
This page is intended to describe how the site is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of the users who visit it. This privacy policy is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Code on the protection of personal data of visitors to our website (hereinafter “Website”) accessing web services via computer.

This privacy policy is provided for the Website and not for other websites that may be visited by the user through links.

If we retain personal data in the form of recorded communication, whether by telephone, electronic means, in person or otherwise, such data will be retained in accordance with applicable local law for a period of 5 or 10 years after the termination of our business relationship with you. If you have chosen not to receive marketing communications, we will keep your email address on our opt-out list in order to respect your objection to receiving such communications.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

We may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area to other companies in the Group, as well as to other processing companies operating on our behalf (“Transferees”). To the extent that we transfer your information outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure that the transfer is lawful and that adequate security arrangements are in place. In order to transfer your personal data to third parties in territories where there is no evidence of adequacy on the part of the competent authority and the applicable regulations, we enter into agreements with the assignees which guarantee appropriate and adequate safeguards on the basis of standard contractual conditions adopted by the European Commission.
